Sirven para decir que había / existía algo en el pasado.

⚠️ Errores comunes

  • ❌ There were a museum (singular) → ✅ There was a museum.
  • ❌ Preguntas sin inversión: There was a cinema? → ✅ Was there a cinema?
  • ❌ Doble negación: There wasn’t no → ✅ There wasn’t any.
