Futuro perfecto y futuro continuo – Planes y duración

Contrasta Future Perfect (will have + participio) y Future Continuous (will be + -ing) para planificar y hablar de duraciones.

🧠 Fase 1: Patrones esenciales

Future Perfect = hecho completado antes de un momento futuro. Future Continuous = acción en progreso en un momento futuro.

Para la semana que viene, habrá terminado.
Future Continuous
At 10 pm, they will be studying.
A las 22:00, estarán estudiando.

⚠️ Errores comunes

  • will have + Vpp ≠ will has ❌.
  • Marcadores típicos: by + fecha/hora, by the time, this time tomorrow, at + hora.
  • Duración con perfect: by June, I will have lived here for 3 years.

💡 Future Perfect fija un deadline (“para entonces”), Future Continuous fija una ventana en curso (“a esa hora”).

Gramática de apoyo

1) Usos y estructura

  • Future Perfect: will have + Vpp → “Para X momento, habré…”.
  • Future Continuous: will be + -ing → “En X momento, estaré…”.
  • Preguntas: Will you have finished…? / Will you be working…?
  • Negativas: won’t have + Vpp / won’t be + -ing.

3) Errores frecuentes

  • ❌ will has finished → ✅ will have finished.
  • ❌ will be finish → ✅ will be finishing.
  • ❌ Usar by con Continuous para resultado. Para resultado usa Perfect.

4) Preguntas frecuentes

¿Puedo usar going to con estos tiempos?

Going to no forma Perfect/Continuous de futuro por sí solo; aquí usamos will en ambas construcciones.

¿Cómo expreso duración acumulada en el futuro?

Con Future Perfect + for/since: By July, I will have lived here for two years.
